As animal shiatsu therapists, we do not make diagnoses and do not replace a visit to the veterinarian. In case of emergencies, please contact your veterinarian immediately.

Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, otherwise it will be charged.

Terms & Payment

The price includes travel within 5 km of Ottenbach. Otherwise, CHF 1.00 per kilometer (travel) will be charged. Payment is due after the treatment, either in cash or via Twint.

Diagnosis & Veterinarian

I will stay in contact with you throughout the pet sitting period. If your pet is injured, suffers from diarrhea for an extended period, stops eating, etc., I will contact you immediately. The decision of whether I should take your pet to the veterinarian is up to you. In case of an emergency, I will call you immediately. If you are not reachable, your emergency contact will be contacted. If they also cannot be reached, I will go to the clinic immediately after consulting with your veterinarian. Appointment Cancellations

Up to 7 days before the start of pet sitting: free of charge
Less than 7 days: 50% of the total amount
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the total amount

Terms & Payment

Payment is due after the pet sitting period, either in cash or via Twint. For pet sitting services lasting longer than 4 weeks, a 50% deposit is due before the start of the service.

The session includes 3-4 questions. Follow-up questions are included in the animal communication session. Additional questions can be answered in a new communication session. Payment is due before the session via Twint.​
